Liverpool players celebrated in style as they lifted the Premier League title following their 5-3 win over Chelsea at Anfield.
Liverpool's agonising 30-year wait for the league title came to an end on Wednesday night as Jordan Henderson lifted the Premier League title aloft on the Kop.
It was Jurgen Klopp's fourth trophy as Liverpool boss as the Reds added to their Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and Club World Cup triumphs over the last year.
There were renditions of 'Campeones' as the players finally got their hands on the trophy that has eluded several Reds squads and managers over the year.
