All the best photos from Anfield as Liverpool beat Salzburg 4-3 to pick up the first points of their Champions League campaign.

The Reds stormed to a 3-0 lead inside the opening 36 minutes as Roberto Firmino, Andy Robertson and Mohamed Salah all converted for Jurgen Klopp's side.

The visitors pulled one back before half-time via Hee-Chan Hwang, who then set up Takumi Minamino for Salzburg's second after the break.

Erling Braut Haaland tapped in from Minamino's cross on the hour mark to give the visitors a shock equaliser, with the Reds looking shaky at the back and at risk of conceding even more.

However, a Firmino header through to Salah saw the Egyptian in a yard of space, with Salah firing past goalkeeper Cican Stankovic to give Liverpool a 4-3 win.

The Reds are in third place after two games in Group E, behind Salzburg on goal difference and one point behind leaders Napoli, who played out a goalless draw against Genk earlier in the day.
