Adrian replaces Alisson in goal, with Neco Williams, Joe Gomez, Nathaniel Phillips and James Milner starting in the back-line.
Pedro Chirivella partners Adam Lallana and Curtis Jones in midfield, while Harvey Elliott and Curtis Jones join Minamino upfront. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain returns from injury for a place on the bench.
