Liverpool Confirmed Lineup vs Leeds: Szoboszlai Returns as Slot Makes 3 Changes

Arne Slot has made three changes to the Starting XI ahead of today’s match vs. Leeds United at Anfield. As expected, Domonic Szoboszlai returns from suspension and replaces  Federico Chiesa. Andy Robertson also gets the start in defense over the more attacking-minded Milos Kerkez, while Conor Bradley starts in front of Alexis Mac Allister.

The Verdict

It is no surprise that Szoboszlai returns to the starting XI, but dropping MacAllister and Kerkez to the bench with the midfield working so well together is a bit of a shock. Cody Gakpo could also be suffering lingering effects of his injury, but he is available to provide some scoring punch off the bench if needed
