Alisson starts between the sticks, with Trent Alexander-Arnold, Nathaniel Phillips, Ozan Kabak and Andy Robertson continuing in the back-line.
Fabinho, Gini Wijnaldum and Thiago start in the middle of the park, whilst Sadio Mane, Diogo Jota and Mohamed Salah continue in attack.
