Thiago has recovered from a muscle injury sustained last weekend to take up a starting berth in midfield alongside the returning Fabinho, whilst Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah also return from the off in Paris.
Alisson starts between the sticks, whilst Trent Alexander-Arnold, Ibrahima Konate, Virgil van Dijk and Andy Robertson line up in defence.
Fabinho, Jordan Henderson and Thiago form the midfield trio, with Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Luis Diaz starting in attack.
