Confirmed Liverpool team vs Bournemouth - Seven changes for Reds

Jurgen Klopp has named his Liverpool side for this afternoon's Premier League meeting with Bournemouth.

The Reds manager makes seven alterations to the side that beat Everton on Wednesday as he rings the changes once again.

Alisson replaces Adrian in goal after serving a one-match suspension as he joins Joe Gomez, Dejan Lovren, Virgil van Dijk, and Andy Robertson in the back-line.

Jordan Henderson and Naby Keita start with James Milner retaining his place in midfield alongside the duo.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain comes into the side for Sadio Mane, joining the returning Mohamed Salah as they partner Roberto Firmino up front. Adam Lallana and Gini Wijnaldum are sidelined due to minor knocks.

Liverpool: Alisson, Gomez, Lovren, Van Dijk, Robertson, Henderson, Milner, Keita, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Salah, Firmino.

Substitutes: Adrian, Mane, Shaqiri, Origi, Jones, Alexander-Arnold, Elliott.

Bournemouth: Ramsdale, Francis, Mepham, Ake, Rico, Danjuma, Lerma, Billing, Fraser, C. Wilson, Solanke.

Substitutes: Boruc, Stacey, Simpson, Surman, Gosling, Cook, Ibe.
