Roberto Firmino is named on the bench following an ankle injury, joining Milner, Naby Keita, Daniel Sturridge, Adam Lallana and Xherdan Shaqiri on the bench.
Henderson partners Gini Wijnaldum and Fabinho in midfield, with Divock Origi keeping his place in attack.
