Jurgen Klopp spoke to reporters at Melwood on Wednesday ahead of Liverpool's Premier League meeting against Sheffield United.
The table-topping Reds play their third game in seven days as they take on Chris Wilder's side at Anfield on Thursday.
Liverpool have done remarkably well during a busy festive period so far, despite suffering injuries to the likes of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Joel Matip, Xherdan Shaqiri, Fabinho and Dejan Lovren.
The Reds boss provided an injury update on those currently out, insisting they "look good" although they all require more time to be back in contention.
"[They are] all in a good way but from the longer-term injuries there is nobody back," Klopp said.
"[They] are doing more pitch sessions, running and stuff like that. Ox looks good, Joel looks good, Fabinho looks good, Shaqiri looks good [and] Lovren looks good, but not ready.
“They need still some time, as we said before, so it will be the same group like the last game."
The boss was also questioned whether there would be many changes to his lineup after he made just a sole change for the Reds' 1-0 win over Wolves at the weekend.
"We have now 13 outfield players plus now Takumi [Minamino], but not for this game. So, it will be 14 plus the young boys," he said.

"I trust all of them, to be honest. It is not about that, it's about the opponent.
"When you have only three days in between it is tricky and you saw that against Wolves, but four days is a proper recovery and that's OK, so you don't have to think too much about it.
"After that there is another game immediately and only three days, which is tricky again, but it's the job to do.
"It is not only about rhythm and who plays together with who, we don't have in all positions massive alternatives, so a few of them have to go again and hopefully they can. Apart from that, it's just about the opponent and shape.
“They are all in a good shape, so I'm happy with that. It is not the biggest number and it's not always easy to make the right decisions."
Liverpool will be hoping to re-establish a 13-point lead over their closest title rivals Leicester City, whilst a win would see them go 14 points clear of reigning champions Manchester City, with a game in hand over both sides.
