While Klopp didn’t provide a full update during his pre-match press conference, the boss admitted Mohamed Salah is likely to start after starting on the bench in midweek alongside Roberto Firmino. Skipper Jordan Henderson is likely to be missing again after missing the defeat to Burnley with a minor injury, whilst Joel Matip – who returned on Thursday – could be rested again as Klopp looks to keep him fit. The likes of Curtis Jones and James Milner should step back into the side, with Rhys Williams or Nathaniel Phillips set to partner Fabinho at the back.
