Liverpool handed boost as key trio to be rested on international duty

Liverpool's Brazilian stars are set to be named as substitutes for their friendly against El Salvador on Wednesday.

, and have all been involved on duty for Brazil, with the trio starting in their 2-0 win over the United States on Saturday.

With the clash against El Salvador set to take place at the FedExField in Maryland at 1:30am BST on Wednesday, the Brazilians faced the prospect of having to start three games in a week - on two different continents.

Liverpool take on at Wembley at 12:30pm on Saturday and Jurgen Klopp was expected to reassess his key stars' fitness ahead of the fixture.

However, the trio are all expected to be named on the substitutes bench with Brazil coach Tite drafting in Neto between the sticks for Alisson.
