Alisson Becker, Fabinho and Roberto Firmino have all been involved on international duty for Brazil, with the trio starting in their 2-0 win over the United States on Saturday.
With the clash against El Salvador set to take place at the FedExField in Maryland at 1:30am BST on Wednesday, the Brazilians faced the prospect of having to start three games in a week - on two different continents.
