Jurgen Klopp's side welcome Ajax to Anfield as they look for the three points that would see them seal qualification to the knockout stages of the Champions League.
The Reds were favourites to get the job done against Atalanta last week after a flawless record in Group D. But Liverpool failed to get going all night as the Serie A side took victory and closed the gap on the group leaders.

But Liverpool's fate remains in their hands, with a win tonight or against Midtjylland enough to see them book their place in the next round.
While progression is the obvious incentive, the Reds will be eager to get back to winning ways after stuttering twice in the past week, in Europe and in the Premier League.
But Ajax, who sit second in the group, are no pushovers and the Reds will need to be wary of their counterparts' threat. It's sure to be an absorbing 90 minutes under the lights at Anfield...

Liverpool remain without several key stars in addition to the long-term injuries to Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez. James Milner suffered a hamstring injury at Brighton, whilst Trent Alexander-Arnold, Thiago, Naby Keita, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Xherdan Shaqiri are still all sidelined.
But there is good news in the form of skipper Jordan Henderson, who is expected to start after coming through unscathed in the second half at the Amex.
Klopp, as he alluded to in his pre-match presser, is unlikely to rotate much for the tie, considering the importance of the fixture and his lack of senior options in the squad.
