Liverpool vs Chelsea
‣ UEFA Super Cup
‣ 14 Aug 2019
‣ Besiktas Park (Turkey)
‣ Kick-off: 8pm (BST)
The Reds are back in action on Wednesday night after an impressive start to their league campaign against Norwich City on Friday.
Jurgen Klopp will have the chance of lifting his second piece of silverware as Reds boss as his side take on Europa League winners Chelsea in Istanbul.
Chelsea made a horrid start to their season under new boss Frank Lampard on Sunday as they succumbed to a 4-0 defeat against Man United at Old Trafford.
However, the former Blues midfielder will undoubtedly be looking to make amends for that loss, with no better opportunity than winning his first trophy in just his second competitive game as boss.
Regardless of their respective form, either side could take the cup back with them to England, with the hope that it is the Reds who add another trophy to their honours list.
