Whatever the Reds and Arne Slot are doing right now is not working. I don’t think major changes need to be made, but the losing streak seems to be wearing on the veteran players. Maybe inject some youthful vitality in the Starting XI, such as Rio Ngumoha and then give Federico Chiesa some more minutes. He always seems to make something happen on the pitch.

“That’s not so easy to say what I can do differently,” Slot said. “It’s quite normal if you win or lose or draw that you reflect on a game with decisions that you’ve made and what you’ve done during the week. [They are] all kind of the usual things managers do if they win or lose. But maybe you do it a little bit more if you lose. You try to find the answers to what is needed to win a game of football.”
