The Reds are in action at Anfield on Tuesday night, knowing they must secure either a 1-0 win or a victory by a two goal margin to proceed to the knockout stages.
Anfield is bound to be bouncing for the fixture, with another famous European night expected by all.
Speaking to reporters, Klopp admitted that the Reds "will make tactical changes" and "will try to create an atmosphere that is special."
Klopp also insisted that he would have taken the situation they're in to qualify when the draw was first made.
"Yeah, that was from all the bad news of getting that group, the only good news was that we have the last game at home," he said.
"It was not only in our hands that we have still the chance to go through, we know how difficult it will be and Napoli is for sure in a better position – they only need a draw or they can lose and are still through, but they deserved it.
"We need to be really happy about the chance we still have. If someone gives you a chance, it is all about you to use it. That’s exactly what we want to try.
"From that point of view, it is all good. Even Belgrade played a different role in the group than probably a lot of people would have expected – they did really well.
"That’s the group, that’s how it is, we have a chance and we will try everything to get that chance."
Van Dijk also insisted that the Reds have "plenty of quality" on either side of the pitch and they are determined to show it against Carlo Ancelotti's side.
"It’s going to be a difficult game. That’s how they play but we need to play our game, we need to be ready to do what we’ve been doing almost the whole season," he said.
"We have plenty of quality to score and we have plenty of quality to defend as well, but at the end of the day it’s all about showing it on the pitch. It is all about showing it on the pitch."
