Liverpool return to Premier League action on Sunday as they take on Manchester City in a huge clash at Anfield.
The Reds have enjoyed a fantastic start to the season and they will be in search of another three points to extend their six-point lead over Pep Guardiola’s side at the top of the table.

Jurgen Klopp’s side are favourites going into the tie, having been unbeaten in their last 45 league games at Anfield. Man City, meanwhile, have failed to win at Anfield for over 16 years.
However, past results and form is rarely an indicator in fixtures like these and City will be motivated to close the gap and ramp up the pressure on Liverpool.
With so much at stake, it will undoubtedly be an intriguing 90 minutes at Anfield. The hope will be the Reds can get the job done and consolidate their lead at the summit of the table.
