After a strong first half, Liverpool struggled mightily in the second, giving up four goals in a 4-2 loss to Leeds.
- Mamardashvili (5/10): A couple of really nice saves, but was caught on the wrong foot on Leeds' third goal

- Szoboszlai (7/10): Solid but not as spectacular as the first two matches
- Wirtz (7/10): Lovely finish for the second goal
- Isak (6/10): Not bad for his first time out this season
- Nyoni (5/10): An average day at the office
- Chambers (7/10): Thunderous strike for the opening goal
- Frimpong (6/10): Showed flashes of speed, but did not see enough of the ball
- Morrison (5/10): Second straight game where he has not done much
- Ngumoha (9/10): Hardly put a foot wrong during his first half of play
- Ndukwe (5/10): Up and down match

- Koumas (5/10): Not just him, but really flat second half
- Ndiaye (6/10): Would have had a higher score, but a couple of bad passes late on
- Elliott (7/10): Best player for the second half
- Tsimikas (5/10): Quiet game
- Scanlon (5/10): Part of a defense that gave up four goals in the second half
- Ramsay (6/10): Bright play late in the contest

LFC Globe Verdict
For as good as Liverpool was in the first half, they were equally as bad in the second. I know it’s just pre-season, but this is a bit worrying from the Reds
