Liverpool Victory Parade Photos

Over 750,000 Liverpool supporters lined the streets of Merseyside as they welcomed back the Reds after Saturday’s Champions League win.

Jurgen Klopp’s side were crowned champions of Europe after beating Tottenham 2-0 at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium on Saturday night.

It was the manager’s first piece of silverware during his time at Anfield and he was in fantastic spirits as the Liverpool bus journeyed its way through Merseyside.

He said: “I think that [going on the parade] will be the moment when we really understand what we did because it is for the people.

“It is the people’s cup and we did it for them so we will see now the smiles and joy in their faces and doing it together with the team, who are so close to each other – which doesn’t happen a lot – that will be outstanding.”

There will be plenty more celebrations to come as the evening wears on, but you can see some of the best footage and photos from the victory parade so far below.
