Virgil van Dijk looks on course for an early return from injury as he shared a clip with supporters on Instagram on Sunday morning.
The Dutchman has been out of action since suffering a knee injury against Everton in mid-October following a rash challenge by Blues goalkeeper Jordan Pickford.
The 29-year-old underwent surgery on the issue shortly after and wasn't expected to feature again this season, despite the club intentionally choosing not to outline a definite timeframe.
While an imminent return for Van Dijk is not on the cards, the Reds centre-back appears to be recuperating well and is likely to be on track for a return before the end of the season.

Van Dijk posted a clip on social media on the morning of Liverpool's clash against Manchester United, with the video showing him back out on the pitch and starting ball work.
He had minimal strapping on his knee as he continued his rehab in Dubai, where he is currently undergoing a tailored warm weather programme to get back to full fitness.
Van Dijk bumped into a familiar face in Dejan Lovren while at Dubai's Sports City, with the former Reds teammates sharing a selfie together.

Liverpool supporters will get a better idea on his return date within the next fortnight, with the club having to submit their Premier League squad for the rest of the season at the end of the month.
