Joe Gomez makes his return from injury for Liverpool against West Brom, whilst there are starting spots for Alberto Moreno, Danny Ings and Ragnar Klavan.
Gomez returned to full training earlier this week after suffering an ankle injury on international duty with England.
Trent Alexander-Arnold will be on the bench, with Tuesday's Champions League semi-final against AS Roma in mind.
Gomez is expected to start in a brand-new backline that retains only Loris Karius and Virgil Van Dijk from the Reds' recent weeks.
Klavan is set to partner Van Dijk at the centre, with Dejan Lovren not being fit enough to start for Jurgen Klopp's side.
Alberto Moreno will complete the defence in place of Andrew Robertson, with Klopp opting to rest both his full-backs in preparation for their European exploits.
Jordan Henderson will captain the side, with James Milner and Gini Wijnaldum partnering him in midfield. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain provides cover on the subs bench, as Liverpool's midfield options continue to run thin with Adam Lallana and Emre Can still ruled out.
Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane start in the attacking roles, however they will be partnered with Danny Ings, who earns a rare start up front for Liverpool. Roberto Firmino is given a rest ahead of midweek.
Liverpool XI: Karius; Gomez, Van Dijk, Klavan, Moreno; Henderson, Wijnaldum, Milner; Mane, Salah, Ings.
Subs: Mignolet, Lovren, Firmino, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Robertson, Solanke, Alexander-Arnold.
