Jurgen Klopp insisted the injury suffered by Mohamed Salah against Tottenham is "nothing serious" after the forward came off in the second half at Anfield.
The Reds came from behind to win against Mauricio Pochettino's side on Sunday as a second-half goal from Jordan Henderson and a Salah penalty cancelled out Harry Kane's opener in the first minute.
The win saw Liverpool maintain a six-point lead over reigning champions Manchester City, however, it wasn't all good news at Anfield.
Salah appeared to suffer an ankle injury in the final ten minutes and was forced off the pitch, being replaced by defender Joe Gomez as Klopp looked to shore up the back.

When questioned whether the injury was serious, Klopp said: “No. It is the ankle. The ankle where he struggled since the Leicester game.
“It had no influence on him during the game but then the longer the game goes the more intense it will be, then if it starts again that's it.
“It makes no sense to try and push it through because we have other players and options to change. That is what we did. Nothing serious.”
Salah the Reds' 1-1 draw against Manchester United last weekend, returning for their 4-1 win against Genk in the Champions League in midweek.
It's unlikely the Egyptian will play any part of the Reds' League Cup meeting against Arsenal at Anfield on Wednesday, with bigger fixtures on the horizon for Klopp's side.

Virgil van Dijk could also sit out the fixture after suffering a dead leg against Spurs, with Klopp having the option of bringing in Joe Gomez in place of the Dutchman.
The likes of Divock Origi, Adam Lallana, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Naby Keita will also be vying for a starting role.
