Jurgen Klopp spoke to reporters in Germany ahead of Liverpool's clash with Bayern Munich on Wednesday night.

The Reds arrived in Munich on Tuesday as they look to seal progression to the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

The two sides played out a goalless at three weeks ago, with Bayern displaying a professional performance to keep Liverpool at bay.

Speaking ahead of the second-leg, Klopp explains how "specific moments" could alter the , emphasising Liverpool's need to have the right balance in defence and attack.

"It's a challenge, we need a rhythm and we need to do the right things in the specific moments," Klopp said.

"Bayern is a world-class football team - which everyone knows - with world-class players and you need to defend them at absolutely the highest level.

"When you have the ball you have to be really confident and that is difficult against world-class teams. You need to be brave and playing your best football and that is what we have to show tomorrow night.

"There will be moments where we can dominate. There will be moments, probably more, when Bayern is dominating. In both moments you can use the situation but it is all about the balance."

The Reds' ability to deal with a title challenge and Champions League run has been questioned in recent weeks.

Some in the media have suggested how a against Bayern could derail their campaign, however Klopp shot down that notion swiftly.

"This game has nothing to do with anything else," he said.

"If we stay in this competition, if we tomorrow night, if we deserve to go through, if we play good football, it could change the world for us. If not, then we say on Thursday morning 'now it's over, now we concentrate on '.

"It's only one game - a very important game and more important games will come, like Sunday against Fulham and then Tottenham and then the next one. But tomorrow night we only play one of them, and that's against Bayern."

The boss also confirmed that is available, although 90 minutes may be too much for the Croatian centre-back.

“Today everything is fine. He's an option and that's very important,” Klopp said.

“But we will see who will face Bayern—to play 90 minutes may be a little bit too long.”
